Description
Our client has a requirement for a part-time Senior Organizational Change Manager to create an OCM strategy/plan and support IT projects for an Identity and Access Management Program.
Part time hours - contract duration is April to December
Must Have:
- 8+ years as an OCM Specialist supporting IT functions and projects
- Experience creating a OCM strategy/plan
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst to assist with process requirements/implementation
- Experience on IT projects with a focus on Identity Access Management
- Experience with stakeholder identification, stakeholder messaging, and stakeholder engagement
- Prosci certified
