Our Victoria client is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the Finance department within Enterprise Data Management team.

Contract until March 31, 2025. 100% Remote, PST Hours.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer role.
• Experience with ETL extracting and transforming data, Data Modelling & Data warehouses
• Experience with SSIS Packages
• Data visualization & analysis experience using analytical tools like Tableau and/or Power BI, including data transformation using DAX formulas.
• Experience working with Finance department or developing reporting for finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• The BI Analyst is primarily responsible to ensure that enterprise business intelligence data is available to key stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
• The BI Analyst will develop and maintain reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements and follow the standards set by the Enterprise Data Manager.
• The BI Analyst is an expert in reporting, data visualization and analysis. The position will be highly skilled in modern reporting tools and best practices to create reports to meet the decision- making needs of stakeholders. The position will perform ad hoc analysis to answer unique or more complex situations that arise.
• Create and enhance enterprise data models and catalogue of measures and attributes used to support business decisions and evaluate business performance including definitions and lineage
• Ensures the validity of quality enterprise reporting data through system monitoring and testing
