Our large enterprise client is looking for a Senior Bilingual Change Manager to guide complex organizational transformation initiatives.

This candidate has the opportunity to work remotely with some occasional onsite work required with a team in Quebec City.

Must Have Experience:

Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees
Creating change management strategies to achieve the target state in terms of digital transformation
Developing and implementing plans to manage change
Identifying change KPIs
Communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in
Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities
Managing the change agent network
Providing expert advice on handling a change in an organization
Evaluating the success of change management initiatives and providing recommendations if required
Leading a team of 2-4 resources (change management and communication) and coordinating with the training team
