Our large enterprise client is looking for a Senior Bilingual Change Manager to guide complex organizational transformation initiatives.


This candidate has the opportunity to work remotely with some occasional onsite work required with a team in Quebec City.


Must Have Experience:

  • Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees
  • Creating change management strategies to achieve the target state in terms of digital transformation
  • Developing and implementing plans to manage change
  • Identifying change KPIs
  • Communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in
  • Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities
  • Managing the change agent network
  • Providing expert advice on handling a change in an organization
  • Evaluating the success of change management initiatives and providing recommendations if required
  • Leading a team of 2-4 resources (change management and communication) and coordinating with the training team
