Senior Program Manager to lead an IT enterprise transformation of single-sourced to multi-vendor delivery model within SDLC and IT Operations

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an IT enterprise transformation of single-sourced to multi-vendor delivery model within SDLC and IT Operations

Please note this is a hybrid model that will require 3 days on site in Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves:

• 10+ years as a Program Manager leading multiple Project Managers simultaneously to ensure the delivery of enterprise programs
• Experience leading the implementation of a multi-vendor delivery model and a multi-vendor operations model
• Experience transitioning services from a one vendor environment to a multi-vendor operation model
• Repatriating services from a vendor to in house staff
• Transferring services from in house staff to a vendor
• Expertise in modifying or developing processes to fit the new model post transition
• Experience developing frameworks in which to monitor, manage and report on multi-vendor SLA's
• Experience leading the implementation of a repatriated new ServiceNow Platform and Monitoring and Automation tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Transitioning Application Managed Services/Operations from an incumbent vendor to new Vendors.
• Manage the Implementation of a multi vendor delivery model and a multi vendor operations model
• Transitioning services from one vendor environment into a multi vendor environment model.
• Repatriating services from a vendor to in house staff
• Transferring services from in house staff to a vendor
• Experience managing and executing upon a formal transition plan across multiple vendors and multiple technology team including access, knowledge transfer, shadowing and reverse shadowing
• Expertise in modifying or developing processes to fit the new model post transition
• Develop a cross tower plan leading to an effective transition
• Monitoring and keeping the transition plan tight and on track to meet a fixed immovable transition date
• Leading or supporting the contractual extension of specific service towers with the incumbent
• Develop frameworks in which to monitor, manage and report on multi vendor SLA's
• Implementation of a repatriated new ServiceNow Platform and Monitoring and Automation tools
• Working with multiple Project Managers simultaneously to ensure the delivery of the program
