Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist on maturing an ITSM program including process re-engineering
Candidates must be located in Calgary. Hybrid work model of 3 days on site and 2 days form home.
Must haves:
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst focusing on ITSM maturity (Change, Incident & Problem, Request, Release, Knowledge, etc)
- Experience with technical debt reduction initiatives such as moving back to out of the box capabilities leveraging ServiceNow
- Experience creating or re-engineering business processes including defining metrics and reporting
Nice to haves:
- Scrum experience
Additional Information:
This role will be working within an agile squad, focused on ITSM maturity ranging from Change, Incident & Problem, Request, Release, Knowledge. Key deliverables include:
- Provide business requirements
- Provide OCM impact analysis
- Manage ADO board
- Define business processes / improve existing process documentation
- Collaborate on communication plans
- Work in partnership with downstream BA's to document dependent stories
- Participate in scrum activities
