Our client is looking for a Senior Help Desk Analyst with Dell and Lenovo experience to provide tier 1 & 2 support in a Microsoft environment for our Educational client


This roles is 100% onsite in Calgary


Must Haves:

  • 7+ years' working experience as a Help Desk Analyst
  • Experience with Dell, Lenovo and Microsoft products
  • Must have experience with a ITSM ticketing tool; preferably with ServiceNow


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client’s request for service in a timely manner, resolving service issues to client’s satisfaction, contact appropriate next level of service if necessary, bring closure to service calls with detailed service trouble calls
  • Install, configure and integrate new pc’s, related equipment and network hardware
  • Trouble shoot hardware software problems, perform general repairs
  • Provide corrective and preventative maintenance to all college personal computers and related equipment.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations and perform system and component upgrades.
  • Provide user training and assistance with new hardware and equipment as necessary
  • Assist in maintaining spare parts and equipment inventory
