Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with process improvements within ServiceNow (CMDB)
Candidates must be located in Calgary. Hybrid work model of 3 days on site and 2 days from home.
Must haves:
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow (CMDB)
- CMDB data validation & attestation process
- ServiceNow Discovery & CMDB process definition & documentation
- Service mapping requirements
- Experience with process mapping and re-engineering business processes
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) impact analysis and managing an ADO board
Nice to haves:
- ServiceNow discovery
- Infrastructure knowledge
Responsibilities:
Responsible for eliciting, facilitating, analyzing, validating and documenting business requirements using a broad technical background then translating them into a business solution
