Our public sector client is seeing a Senior Business Analyst to assist with business process mapping for future state activities on a cyber security program

Candidates must be located in Calgary - Hybrid work model of 2-3 days/month for in-person meetings. 37.5 hour work week

Must haves:

• 8+ years of experience a a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Process Mapping (Identification, analysis of service functions to support development of formal requirements and SOP's)
• 5+ years of experience creating swim lane documentation, project deliverables, and decision making criteria and milestones for project teams
• Experience identifying and documenting future-state opportunities
• Experience facilitating Interested Party workshops
• Experience with Microsoft Forms

• Strong facilitation skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop internal project communications, status reports, schedule and lead team meetings
• Ability to create project deliverables, swim lane documentation comparative with impacted party alignment structures, creation of decision-making criteria and milestones for senior leadership teams
• Business process mapping activities for internal project teams (identification and analysis of service functions to support development of formal requirements and SOP
• Identify and document of future state opportunities
• Create final reports and recommendations for Leadership (supported by data and decision-making criteria)
• Candidate to have experience with writing of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to create Microsoft Forms
