Senior Business Process Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow.

Our Ministry client is seeking a strong client-facing Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to create and interpret requirements process diagrams while ensuring a deep understanding of ServiceNow configurations and workflows.

Initial contract until March 30, 2025 - can be remote working in PST hours.

Must Have Skills:

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, particularly within HAM or similar modules.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients in a consultative and advisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, configuration, and integration with business processes.
• Familiarity with stockroom operations and their expected alignment within ServiceNow systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the ability to create requirements diagrams.
• Self-driven and capable of ensuring deliverables are met in line with client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a ServiceNow Consultant, providing expert guidance on the implementation and lifecycle adoption of Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and ensure the adoption of best practices within ServiceNow.
• Lead the creation and documentation of process workflows and requirements diagrams to facilitate effective solutions.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and how stockroom operations are managed within the platform.
• Drive industry-leading practices in the deployment and use of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide recommendations and insights on optimizing ServiceNow processes in alignment with organizational needs.
