Senior Business Systems Analyst to deliver configuration and integration of SuccessFactors - 00739

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to deliver configuration and integration of SuccessFactors

Initially contract goes until Dec 2024 with chances of extension. Fully remote in Canada.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• 5+ years' experience with SuccessFactors configuration
• Experience with Business Process Re-engineering
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification

Nice to have:

• Experience with integration:
• between SAP ECC and Employment Center
• between SuccessFactors and Workforce Scheduling tool
• In depth knowledge of Integration Centre and integration mapping.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the following SF concept
• Manage Business Configuration:
• Manage Positions, Jobs and Org structure.
• Data Replication monitor and fault find errors.
• Setting up Custom objects & Processes in SuccessFactors
• Setup Alerts and Notifications.
• Configure and Manage Workflows.
• Manage data and the variety of the data components
• Configure Business Rules.
• Manage pending Hires, Job Scheduler,
• Platform feature settings.
• Transport Bundle management and Check tool.
• Matrix relationship setup.
• Maintain templates incl. onboarding / off boarding template
• Understand and setup Recruitment Routemaps and Synchronization to Incumbents.
• Compensation home and compensation features.
