Our client is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to optimize their IT workforce, track IT resources, and support space planning initiatives (8941)


Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years of Human Resources or Facilities experience in Workforce Planning and Analysis
  • Optimizing workforce, tracking resources, planning out office space
  • Experience with IT departments or projects


Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive IT workforce planning analyses, considering current and future staffing needs, skill requirements, and alignment with IT and organizational goals.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team to develop and maintain accurate workforce tracking systems, ensuring real-time, reliable data for effective decision-making.

• Engage in IT-focused space planning activities, evaluating workspace utilization, and recommending improvements for optimal efficiency and collaboration.

• Generate IT-centric reports and present key findings to stakeholders, offering insights into IT workforce trends, space utilization, and actionable recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with IT and cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and align workforce and space planning strategies with IT project timelines.
