Description
Our government client is seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules, including expertise in payroll processes, workflows, system upgrades, patching, and testing.
Duration - 1 year
Work Mode - 100% Remote
Time Zone EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional expert for PeopleSoft HCM modules, ensuring efficient system utilization.
- Manage and optimize payroll processes and workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead system upgrades, patching, and testing to maintain platform stability and performance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support system upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
- Identify and resolve system-related issues, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure system documentation and user training materials are up to date.
Must Haves :
- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules as a functional resource.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of system upgrades, patching, and testing methodologies.
