Description
Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Process/Lean Consultant to coach teams across the organization including frontline, back office, and senior leadership to streamline processes and integrate lean principles.
*3 days a week required in the Calgary office*
Must Have:
- 8+ years' experience as a Process/Lean Consultant
- Proven experience in leading Lean initiatives, including multi-day Kaizen events and formal problem-solving sessions
- A demonstrated ability in Process Improvement including; spotting inefficiencies, designing solutions, and executing them for significant cost and productivity improvements
Nice to have:
- Business Process Management
- Process Mining
- Automation Experience
- Change Management
