Our client is seeking a Senior OCM to create Change and Communication Plan for an enterprise vendor transformation program.
Please note this is a hybrid model that will require 3 days on site in Calgary or Edmonton
Must Haves:
- 10+ years as an Organizational Change Manager with experience leading the change management efforts across an enterprise
- Experience creating Organizational Change Plan and communication plan related to an enterprise Outsourcing/Insourcing Transformation
