Our Calgary Midstream and Utilities client is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager specializing Applications and MSP Service Delivery.

3 month contract to start, probability of extention. On-site / hybrid work model

Must-Haves:

- 8+ years experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager within IT applications and service delivery.

- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in application outsourcing.

- Experience with application lifecycle management and delivery processes.

- Experience facilitating communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow).

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience in refining contracts or agreements with third-party service providers.

- Familiarity with the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.

- Track progress, monitor risks, and escalate issues to the Steering Authority.

- Facilitate communication and alignment between AltaGas and MSP stakeholders.

- Organize and document meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

- Support content creation using established project templates.

- Monitor resource allocation and ensure project budget adherence.
