Our Retail and Energy client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with Enterprise RFP process experience to oversee a Fleet Cardlock application project from vendor selection to implementation.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years' experience is as a Project Manager overseeing end to end application / COTS implementation projects.
• Experience managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and vendor selection
• Experience with fleet card and cardlock payment systems for projects
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and integration technologies to support ERP-related project work.
• Energy and fuel marketing industry experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to acceptable quality standards, using defined project management methodologies and tools.
• Sets up and manages governance forums for informed decision-making, maintains project schedules and budgets, and reports on risks, issues, and OPEX expenses.
• Works with stakeholders across the business to manage project risks, facilitate steering committee updates, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Oversees resource allocation, tracks labor costs, and maintains relationships with third-party vendors as related to project delivery.
• Manages non-IT aspects of projects, including process and organizational change management, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
