Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Prosci / Adkar Certified Organizational Change Manager (10+ years) to lead change management on IT digital transformation projects within the natural gas transmission/ utility industry (ONSITE Regina SK)
This role is 100% ONSITE in Regina, SK. Remote and/or hybrid candidates will not be considered. Candidates from out of town will not be considered unless willing to relocate to Regina upon offer.
Must Have
- 10+ years as an OCM
- Prosci / ADKAR Certification (must provide a copy)
- Willing and able to work 100% onsite in Regina, SK.
- Experience leading Change Management for IT projects (digital transformations)
- Gas industry / Gas transmission knowledge or similar
