We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Capgemini Canada, working on a CRM transformation project within the telecommunications industry. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting comprehensive requirements, supporting the end-to-end. This role is critical to ensuring that both business and technical teams have a clear, actionable roadmap for success.

Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Serve as a key point of contact for telecom clients, building a deep understanding of their business goals and CRM needs.
- Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, using tools for effective tracking and validation.
- Facilitate requirements discovery sessions, translating high-level business needs into detailed, organized requirements and user stories.
- Process Documentation & Optimization
- Conduct process mapping and document As-Is and To-Be process flows to outline the current state and envisioned future state.
- Identify areas for improvement within existing business processes, proposing CRM enhancements that support streamlined workflows and optimized telecom operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with technical teams (architects and developers) to ensure requirements are understood and achievable within the project scope.
- Coordinate with UAT teams, assist in defect tracking, and support test plan execution to validate that solutions meet business expectations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with client leadership to maintain alignment on project goals, deliverables, and milestones.
- Project Coordination & Change Management
- Support change management processes by ensuring clear communication of requirements, processes, and project impacts to end-users.
- Actively participate in both Agile and Waterfall project environments, adapting requirements management practices as needed to fit the methodology.
Qualifications:
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on CRM transformation projects. Proven experience in managing large volumes of requirements (200+ stories), ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with project goals.
- Telecom Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of telecommunications processes, including billing, customer lifecycle management, and service operations.
- CRM Functional Experience: Extensive experience in CRM systems, ideally including Salesforce. Familiarity with both Sales Cloud and CPQ is advantageous.
- Process Mapping & Documentation Tools: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio for process documentation, defect tracking, and project tracking.
- Methodology Experience: Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in supporting change management and transition processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Project Experience: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM projects is a plus, with exposure to Sales Cloud and CPQ in a telecom context preferred.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent certification. Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist) are advantageous but not mandatory.
