S.i. Systems client is looking for 5 Senior ServiceNow Developers to develop and configure IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM, HAM, SAM) modules for a large complex implementation.

The initial contract would go till March 31st 2025, with strong possibilities of extension. Fully remote, looking for candidates within Canada open to working PST hours (37.5 hours per week).

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, IRE, and the CMDB health and remediation rules
• Experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow mobile apps
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, SAM, HAM)
