Our client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead digital solution architecture for enterprise projects and mentoring agile teams within the public. (414)

Must Have:

• 5 years of experience leading Solution Architecture
• 2 years of experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• 5 years of experience working as a software architect on complex software solutions in an agile team environment.
• 5 years of experience working with open source ecosystems such as Node.js/NPM.
• 5 years public sector experience .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• 2 years of experience implementing DevSecOps in an enterprise environment.
• 5 years of experience working as an application architect designing or maintaining solutions using the development stack and derivative technologies (e.g., Microsoft .Net, Java, Python).
• 2 years of experience working with teams that apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches.
• 4 years of experience leading domain modeling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems.
• 4 years of experience working with other architects and/or as part of cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies through common services, reusable components, and APIs.

Description: The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the technical vision and solution architecture for large-scale enterprise projects. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to advise on technical options and convey complex information to non-technical decision-makers. The architect will also mentor and lead teams in agile practices, ensuring the alignment of architectural standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture for complex enterprise projects, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Advise stakeholders and decision-makers on technical options and strategies.
• Convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and lead teams in adopting and following agile principles, policies, and procedures.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle for various projects.
• Work with open source ecosystems, including Node.js and NPM.
