Our valued Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior resource to analyze and recommend technical specifications for new system development, design, and implementation while ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes and assessing organizational impacts of deployed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements, translating them into specific technical requirements and system specifications.
• Assess current systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and design or propose new solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction.
• Develop and analyze technical specifications, create detailed system documentation, workflows, and user guides, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility, advise programmers, and support system development and implementation.
• Oversee or participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and recommend modifications or fixes to ensure smooth deployment and functionality.
• Ensure new systems align with organizational processes, perform impact assessments, and provide briefings to senior management on technical details and recommendations.

Must Haves:

• experience developing high availability and high-volume applications
• experience using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including storyboarding and System Use Cases (SUC) in developing systems design
• Top Secret Security Clearance
