Our client is an industry leader specializing in the creation of bath, beauty, and wellness products. They are looking for a Sr Director of Information Technology with strong ERP systems (JDE, SAP) experience who will lead the global IT strategy, managing both internal and third-party IT systems across North America, the UK, and the EU.

This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing IT operations, driving improvements, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP systems and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the Global IT Strategy aligned with business goals. Champion IT improvements and secure investment in IT from senior leadership, positioning IT as a key driver of business success.
• Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors to ensure service excellence and support for operational needs.
• Oversee IT Operations, ensuring that all systems, tools, and processes are aligned with the company’s needs and are scalable for future growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop internal IT teams to drive performance, innovation, and growth.
• Implement and improve manufacturing and supply chain IT processes using platforms like JDE and SAP.
• Leverage Microsoft Cloud solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Quickly assess risks and opportunities in IT systems and recommend strategies to address them.
• Lead business change initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and technology enhancements.
• Serve as a long-term champion of IT improvements, continuously improving IT systems and operations.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and processes to ensure best practices and compliance across the IT organization.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years in senior IT roles, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong ERP (JDE, SAP), warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Azure cloud experience.
• Proven leadership in managing IT teams and projects across North America and Europe.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IT best practices, security solutions, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in budget management and collaboration across departments.
