CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:


Degree/Certifications Required: PMP Certification and Agile/SCRUM Certifications Years of experience: 7 years Reason for request/why opened: backfill and volume % Interaction with Stakeholders: 90% stakeholder interaction.

Project Scope: Managing L and D Projects and L&D workstream on programs run in SAFe Agile methodology Team Size: Direct team is about 7 all together, broader team is 12 Personality Style/Team Culture: organized, can direct team members (need to be firm) but can understand individual stakeholder needs. Needs to be okay telling stakeholders “no”.


Selling Points of Position: Foot in the door with TD, work in an amazing team environment.

Best Vs Average Candidate: A candidate that has demonstrated they have the ability to manage large projects and can delegate/hold people accountable. A candidate that can articulate specific experiences/examples of their PM experience in an interview.

Experience PM who has working in L and D project, ideally in a banking environment.

Agile mindset

Working with ambiguity

Being able to pivot to changing priorities.

Needs to be able to answer behavioural questions in an interview. They need to be able to engage in meaningful dialogue and speak to their experiences.

Very strong communication skills- stakeholder mgmt


How will performance be measured: Deliverables, project artifacts- measures on ability to use those.


SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading and L and D team- designers, developers, BP’s in implementation of learning solutions.

Working with an agile program level team.



MUST HAVE:


1.) PM experience

2.) MS Project Proficiency

3.) Demonstrated experience managing in Agile (SAFe SCRUM) and/or hyrbid Agile/Waterfall - need to be able to give examples of Project mgmt experience in the interview (missing piece from previous interviews)

4.) PMP Certification, SCRUM and Agile certifications
