Location: Woodbridge (3 Days Onsite)

Length: 1 Year (Possibility of extension)

The Quality Assurance Automation Analyst will work with the Quality Assurance team assisting in the automation testing efforts. The automation specialist will assist in identifying and/or in creating test cases which fit the requirements of test automation. The automation specialist will is also responsible in maintaining a test automation framework which will hold all the automated test cases.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

· Interact with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.

· Work with Quality Assurance SME’s and development teams to understand functional requirements

· Provide work estimates based on feature scope

· Responsible for the Automation Test Strategy / Plan

· Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical acceptance criteria.

· Develop and execute automated tests that are designed to improve test coverage.

· Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build new tools for performing testing/validation function

· Contribute to the creation and maintenance of integration, performance / load test scripts

· Perform thorough automated & manual testing, as well as data validation

· Responsible for the analysis of automation test results

· Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Work with the IT-Configuration Team to introduce automated testing to the CI/CD pipelines, hence achieving regression testing after code deployments.

Must Have Skills:

• 5-10 Years experience working with QA Automation Testing Frameworks and related technologies like (Test Studio or RapidQA)
• API Testing
• Python Scripting
• Experience with Jira and “Xray Enterprise” test management tool
