Sr. Solution Architect to deliver digtal transformation in a key set of applications and systems in the Bell ecosystem. These changes aim to simplify and modernize our business systems stack and introduces business transformation and paradigm shifts through people & process change. This will be a multi-year project, requiring diverse set of technical and business skills, working together on a key project for Bell.


Key Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a developer or system integration with a demonstrated track record of success in complex projects.
  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a System Architect or a senior-level IT professional
  • Extensive knowledge of various system architectures including microservices, cloud-based platforms, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Node, Python, C++, or Go, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with various integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into feasible technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing IT systems, utilizing industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in information technology, actively participating in industry events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of IT systems, ensuring their reliability and adherence to specifications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, implementing innovative solutions to optimize IT operations.
