The impact you will have:
The Cisco Services Operations Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate execution of internal and external transactions relating to our Cisco services and Managed services business. A Cisco Services Operations Specialist needs to be a dynamic individual with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The role includes a wide range of responsibilities and the ability to navigate complex systems.

This role is hybrid with the expectation of working in your local office 2-4 times per month.

What you will do:

  • Quoting Cisco Smartnet and Softchoice-branded Cisco services using Cisco’s Quoting Tool (CCW-R)
  • Assisting sales teams with questions or issues related to a customer’s Cisco contracts
  • Validating Cisco contract order fulfillment and work with Cisco to make corrections accordingly
  • Validating Contract data in Service Now against data in CCW-R
  • Management of customer access to their Cisco contracts in Cisco’s Service Access Management Tool
  • Working with sales, pre-sales, and customer success to identify and resolve any gaps in Managed Services transactions
  • Tracking renewals for our Managed Services contracts, and coordinating appropriate resources to action the renewal opportunity

What you bring to the table:

  • 1+ years of experience in an operational or customer service role
  • Analytical and data validation skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Focus on sales and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work within a deadline
  • University Degree or College Diploma preferred (technology or business-related discipline desired)
