Our well-established client is looking for an Assistant to help their VP of Design. This is a full-time, permanent position within a company renowned for its high-quality work.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. On-site.
Salary: 55K to 65K per year according to experience.
Located in Montreal. Close to Assomption metro station. Parking available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The person will work directly with the VP of Design bringing projects from concept to completion.
- Assisting the VP of Design in organizing the department
- Collaborating on and leading interiors projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design and design development
- Doing follow ups on projects
- Providing project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
- Working with clients, consultants and contractors to meet overall project objectives on schedule and within budget if needed
- Contributing to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
