Your Role

As the Director of Business Development, you will be the captain of an ultra-motivated team of business developers. Your mission? To coach, challenge, and help them smash their targets by creating sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.

You are a born leader with boundless energy and a real passion for sales ? You know how to transform a team of young go-getters into a machine for generating opportunities ? If this sounds like you, then this job is for you !

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage, coach, motivate, and grow your business development team.
  • Optimize prospecting strategies to generate a maximum number of qualified opportunities.
  • Set clear KPIs and help the team exceed them.
  • Train and support young talent to refine their pitch and handle objections like pros.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure a solid and well-nourished pipeline.
  • Analyze performance, adjust methods, and always aim higher.
