Job Summary

University Health Network (UHN) is looking for an experienced professional to fill the key role of Business/HRIS Analyst in People and Culture. As a member of UHN’s People and Culture team, the HRIS/Business Analyst oversees both the data and the programmatic upkeep of the current HRIS platform (VIP).

In this role, you will serve as a technical lead and will be responsible for reporting, KPIs, system upgrades, patches, testing and other projects as assigned. Responsibilities will include generating standard queries and analysis of employee-related data. You will act as a consultant for business users to understand business requirements, data and reporting needs.

About You

We want someone who loves data and troubleshooting.

You ideally have experience working with data in a hospital environment, and experience collaborating with internal teams such as Payroll, Digital, Benefits and Compensation. You should be able to find meaning in data so that the derived knowledge can be used to make informed decisions and assist the organization in making better business decisions.
