Description
Your mission is to ensure the delivery in project mode of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and maintenance and logistics management software, in a context of on-site or cloud computing deployment based on Microsoft solutions and technological environment.
More specifically, the role includes three main responsibilities:(1) assume project management in the context of short projects (as opposed to long projects conducted in large enterprises) throughout the project lifecycle, including post-implementation technical support;
(2) assume the operational and human management of the consultants placed under his responsibility;
(3) assume process management and operational monitoring of assignments (project progress monitoring, capacity management, issue resolution, etc.) using key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring dashboards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance the existing project management framework and processes, using proven practices and reference frameworks, to provide a robust and scalable governance structure for efficient project management;
- Implement a project portfolio management approach that allows for the prioritization of projects to ensure that the right projects are managed at the right time, in line with the company's strategic objectives, taking into account resources (availability, skills, etc.), financial and risk constraints;
- Implement a project operational management dashboard to visually represent the status and health of projects/project portfolio, using key performance indicators (adherence to scope, schedule and cost);
- Manage the complete delivery of software solution delivery projects across the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to post-implementation support;
- Ensure that commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines are met;
- Contribute to framing needs, anticipating problems and resolving crises by providing the appropriate solutions;
- Ensure that problems are resolved according to the objectives and deadlines set out in the service or support contracts;
- Monitor the resources assigned to projects on a daily basis, in the context of multidisciplinary teams, in order to optimize the billing rate and, for inter-mandate resources, identify, implement and monitor the necessary action plans (contribution to sales support, demos, training, skills development, etc.);
- Participate/contribute to the recruitment, hiring, integration and performance evaluation of resources in his team, including immigration files, in close collaboration with the HR team;
- Ensure the retention of resources through regular performance evaluations, the development of their skills and targeted training according to their areas of expertise;
- Ensure interaction with other internal teams;
- Produce relevant technical documentation on a regular basis and for R&D purposes;
- Perform all other related tasks.
