POSITION SUMMARY

As the Senior Channels Sales Manager at ADP, you will play a pivotal role in managing our regional channel program. Your efforts will directly increase qualified referral activity, lead volumes, and lead quality, driving our sales results and significantly impacting our growth. You will be responsible for creating and executing programs and promotions to enhance referral activity, and your success will be measured monthly, fiscally, and year over year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve or exceed specialist quota monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Manage partner relationships strategically and operationally.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to boost referral activity.
  • Support sales execution and program management.
  • Develop tools and training for District Managers to generate qualified referrals.
  • Drive accountability with sales leadership and liaise with channel partners for feedback.
  • Track, record, and report the productivity of relationships.
  • Develop an annual strategic business plan focusing on partner relationship optimization.
  • Research partner needs, identify solutions, and create reciprocal business opportunities.
  • Understand payroll, HR, and TLM solutions to articulate value to partners.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and regular meetings for updates and reporting.
  • Key ADP contact for assigned partners, decision makers, and the senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship.
  • Key liaison with all ADP entities to proactively communicate with and provide marketing and sales support to their assigned partnerships.
  • The focus is on strategic success and total partner satisfaction.
  • Execute quarterly comprehensive business reviews with partners.
  • Effectively communicate and oversee the resolution of critical issues with all ADP entities and communicate areas of satisfaction or perceived improvement.
  • Understand partner's new client acquisition business strategy and needs.
  • Identifies new partnership opportunities and negotiates distribution/alliance contracts with new partners.
  • Communicates and continually communicates critical ADP strategic marketing and sales initiatives to partners, i.e., Sales promotions, partner/advisor summit meetings, Product Announcements/Enhancements, etc.
  • Positioned as the "Partner Advocate" within ADP -- cuts through the "red tape" to resolve issues.
  • Ensures partners understand ADP's positions and objectives.
  • Represents the partner's internal interests relative to product development desires, sales support requests, issue resolution, etc.
  • Maintains comprehensive and timely records on partner activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma
  • 8+ years' experience in sales with a solid track record and/or channel marketing and expertise in managing senior leader partnerships.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead with influence.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to implement successful sales strategies.
