ADP is hiring a Senior Retention Insights & Analytics Consultant

Location: Etobicoke

Department: Client Retention

Position Summary

The Senior Retention Insights & Analytics Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering data-driven insights that support strategic retention initiatives. This role will focus on identifying client retention risks, optimizing the client experience, and creating actionable intelligence that informs business decisions. The successful candidate will transform data into meaningful insights and recommendations to help improve client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical tools and datasets to assess client retention risks and opportunities across all client segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, turning them into actionable insights for the retention team.
  • Help design, develop, and deliver comprehensive monthly and weekly retention reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate to maintain the predictive models and dashboards to forecast client retention and identify potential churn.
  • Analyze historical data and emerging trends to develop retention strategies that improve the overall client experience.
  • Partner with service teams to address identified retention risks and implement targeted strategies.
  • Monitor and continuously improve performance metrics and quality control processes to enhance reporting and analytics.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and statistical reports to support retention initiatives and business needs.
  • Stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend innovative solutions to optimize analytics and reporting capabilities.
Technical Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with a focus on retention, client experience, or loyalty programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling and statistical analysis), Tableau, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and data storytelling.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and retention analytics.
  • Experience managing complex data projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and predictive modeling techniques.
Competencies and Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to transform large and complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying retention risks.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and conflict management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with client success and client retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and advanced statistical modeling.
