As a Sr Advisor, Enterprise Work Management Performance, you will help mature the organization in the areas of WM Performance Measurement and Analytics to create incremental value for the organization.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain efficient data models that support the performance and scalability of Power BI solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure that Power BI solutions meet organizational needs.

  • Utilize statistical methods to assess relationships between two or more random variables, helping to uncover actionable insights.

  • Perform statistical analysis within Power BI to identify trends, patterns, and correlations between different variables.

  • Collaborate with business units to analyze, compare, and standardize key performance measures, ensuring alignment and consistency in reporting across the organization.

  • Facilitate results-based performance measurement sessions and with Business Units and develop results maps and measurement plans.

  • Perform in-depth analysis with a focus on identifying and quantifying factors impacting work management performance.

  • Establish and monitor scorecards and performance dashboards to ensure incremental progress towards work management excellence.

  • Collaborate with a network knowledge experts and leaders across the Enterprise in the area of Asset & Work Management.

  • Prioritize own work in ways that are aligned with strategic business objectives.

Who you are:

Required:

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.

  • Strong experience in developing complex DAX formulas for data analysis and visualization.

  • Strong ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

  • Related university degree with minimum of 5 years of solid experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.

  • In-depth experience with process analysis/design/documentation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills.

  • Strong report development and data modeling skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with and/or certified in Business Analysis.

  • Expertise in integrating Azure Analytics Services with various data sources, including on-premises and cloud-based systems.

  • High-level knowledge of the end-to-end business processes and systems

  • Understanding of Work Management systems and system workflows

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
