Please note that there are 2 position available, one supporting the East and the other supporting the West. This role is referred to as a Specialist Dealer Success internally.

What You Will Do:
  • Implement sales programs and initiatives designed to increase sales efficiency and productivity, with a strong focus on execution in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as the key account manager for assigned dealers within a specific geographic region, managing dealer relationships and ensuring consistent program implementation.

  • Regularly gather feedback and insights from dealers to identify market needs, program adjustments, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the regional activity plan with assigned dealers, ensuring that sales activities align with program objectives and timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Product Management, to ensure sales programs align with broader business strategies and objectives.

  • Support change management by gathering requirements, evaluating needed adjustments, and driving process improvements across regional sales activities, training, and dealer support tools.

  • Continuously review and enhance sales processes in the region to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support an effective sales cycle.

  • Leverage technology and tools to streamline sales activities and integrate best practices in sales operations within the regional team.

  • Serve as a primary resource for dealers in addressing challenges and facilitating solutions to program-related issues, ensuring smooth program execution.

  • Maintain effective communication with the sales team and cross-functional partners to provide updates on regional programs, initiatives, and strategic directions.

  • Develop regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into regional sales activities, dealer feedback, program effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

Who You Are:
  • Related University Degree with a minimum of six (6) or more years of directly related experience.

  • Progressive business experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.

  • Superior project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Leadership abilities; including change management and the ability to influence without authority.

  • Strong problem solving skills demonstrated through an ability to identify solutions to complex challenges.

  • Strategic thinker; ability to make decisions and act within an evolving market.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
  • This position typically operates in an office work environment

  • Frequent travel may be required. A Valid Drivers License and good driving record is required.
