We are looking to add a Sr Analyst Program Evaluation & Audit to our team! The primary focus of this role is to provide data analysis and data record keeping for the DSM evaluation and audit requirements for Enbridge’s energy conservation programs.

What You Will Do:Lead and implement all DSM data requirements for OEB audit and OEB regulatory purposes, including developing and owning annual DSM data records, data submissions and requests to the OEB auditor, data requirements for regulatory applications including OEB DSM
Deferrals and OEB DSM Plans, and internal historical DSM data requirements.
Lead and execute DSM data external reporting requests and supporting internal requests and ad hoc analysis requested to support internal decision making
Support the evaluation policy on tracking system setup and operation to ensure evaluation objectives are being met, and data is being tracked in a manner consistent with the framework requirements, and that it meets the needs of future DSM audits.
Support data requirements for internal evaluation projects.
Support the development and updating of QA/QC process for all non-custom programs.
Lead the data elements of the of DSM annual report.
At least two years of experience in data management/data analysis, energy conservation, or industry experience and related university degree or equivalent.
Advanced excel skills.
Strong quantitative skills; proficient in analyzing and manipulating data.
Good communication, including public speaking, communication with OEB Auditor, and OEB Staff.
Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with analytical abilities.
Organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities independently.
Knowledge of evaluation concepts, including measurement, verification, influence, and tracking/reporting is an asset.
This position typically operates in an office work environment with minimum travel.
