Are you an experienced 360 recruiter in an agency setting, looking to transition into a corporate environment that combines internal recruitment, HR strategy, training, and talent development? This role is perfect for you!

As an HR Business Partner and Internal Recruitment Specialist, you won't just be a recruitment expert-you'll be an architect of our team's success. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will play a central role in:


1. Internal Recruitment
o Identifying recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and managing the entire process, from defining requirements to integrating new hires.
o Developing innovative and impactful strategies to attract top talent.
o Anticipating internal mobility and career development needs to support team growth.


2. Training and Talent Development
o Designing and deploying training plans tailored to the specific needs of our employees and the company's goals.
o Identifying high-potential talents and coordinating their development to enhance engagement and performance.
o Implementing creative initiatives to upskill employees, encourage growth, and foster innovation.


3. Onboarding and Integration
o Creating an engaging and structured onboarding journey to ensure a standout employee experience from day one.
o Providing personalized support to help new hires integrate smoothly.


4. HR Projects and Compliance
o Leading strategic HR projects aligned with the company's global objectives.
o Ensuring compliance with local regulations, including CNESST requirements.


5. Events and Coordination
o Organizing and representing Fed at career fairs, recruitment events, and other HR gatherings.
o Strengthening employer branding through compelling and attractive initiatives.
6. Partnership Development
o Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with schools, universities, and professional organizations.
o Developing partnerships to attract young talent and position Fed as an employer of choice.
