Reporting to the Head of Administration and Control in the Payroll Services Center sector, the selected candidate will act as an administrative support advisor in the credit department.
- Analyze and process client files
- Apply defined controls
- Reconciliations and follow-ups
- Monitor the collection of amounts due
- Manage credit limits
- Respond to internal client requests
- Participate in the improvement of existing procedures and processes
- AEC, DEC in accounting, administration, or other related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency with computer tools is essential
- Demonstrates analytical and precision skills
- Demonstrates teamwork skills and a sense of autonomy
- Shows a high capacity to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
