- Manage store operations and ensure excellent customer service;
- Oversee financial operations and cashflow to ensure profitability;
- Develop, mentor and grow the team;
- Resolve issues with customers;
- Make sure the store is clean and well presented;
- Perform any other tasks.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management;
- Motivational leader;
- Strong communication skills;
- Knowledge of Tagalog.
