What you'll need to have
•You have a genuine passion for home furnishings and the ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of the local market.
•You have the aptitude to collaborate across functions, as well as to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of a fast-paced, change oriented organization.
•You have 3-5 years of retail management experience and/or an undergraduate degree in Retail Management.
•You have a dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership profile with a “hands-on” approach.
•You have a well-developed strategic, organizational and decision-making skills.
•You have proven P&L accountability and advanced computer literacy.
What you'll be doing day to day
•Direct responsibility for the management of one or more Home Furnishing Businesses within our store.
•Ensure that the department of your responsibility operates efficiently and profitably providing our customers with a distinctive and delightful shopping experience in line with our concept.
•Develop annual action plan to execute business plans, meet or exceed sales goals and related P&L objectives.
•Optimize sales, customer satisfaction and a sustainable profitability through range presentation.
•Lead the continuous development of your sales department ensuring customer service standards are met or exceeded.
•Actively contribute to the sales management team and to the building of business competence by supporting and coaching co-workers through knowledge, confidence, trust and motivation so they are always ready to assist customers in the best way possible.
•Undertake Duty Manager and other storewide managerial responsibilities as required.

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $58,960 to $81,070 and will be based on relevant work experience.
