Position Role/Tile: Business Systems Analyst

Start Date: Oct-14-2024

End Date: Apr-13-2025

Is this an onsite role? Yes, 2-3 days per week

Location: Bay St, Toronto

Responsibilities:

Bridging the gap between IT and Business stakeholders, driving cohesion at a program level
Current state systems mapping and documentation
Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions
Oversee implementation projects
Familiarity with marketing automation and databases
Familiarity with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as Marketing enablement systems
Program-level leadership experience as lead BSA of multiple integrated projects
Expert communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication with great level of impact to diverse set of users and stakeholder groups
