Description
Position Role/Tile: Business Systems Analyst
Start Date: Oct-14-2024
End Date: Apr-13-2025
Is this an onsite role? Yes, 2-3 days per week
Location: Bay St, Toronto
Responsibilities:
- Bridging the gap between IT and Business stakeholders, driving cohesion at a program level
- Current state systems mapping and documentation
- Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions
- Oversee implementation projects
- Familiarity with marketing automation and databases
- Familiarity with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as Marketing enablement systems
- Program-level leadership experience as lead BSA of multiple integrated projects
- Expert communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication with great level of impact to diverse set of users and stakeholder groups
