Description
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst to assist with collecting, filing and processing invoices for vendors and customers within a fuel and retail (CAN/USD) environment. 3 month contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion.
Must Have:
- 2+ years experience working as an Accounts Payables Analyst for both Canadian and US accounts
- Experience ensuring W9 forms are current and on file
- Experience verifying fleet and Visa statements
