Manager, Technology, ERP (SAP) to lead the technical team members (vendor & in house)

S.i. System's mining client is looking for a Manager, Technology, ERP (SAP) to lead the technical team members (vendor & in house).

Reporting to the Director, ERP, the Manager, Technology, ERP is responsible for leading the technical implementation of the ERP system and integration with other technology-enabled projects. The Manager will be an ERP systems specialist who makes decisions regarding the technical architecture and design of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system and influences ERP integration decisions with other technology initiatives.

Direct reports include (but not limited to): Development Lead, Security Lead, BASIS/Infrastructure Lead, Data Lead, Integration/Interface Lead

Permanent role - Located in Vancouver - Will pay for relocation - Vendor will be chosen in May 2025 and would like for this candidate to start before then - 3 days on site hybrid

MUST HAVES:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology project management or business transformation
• Demonstrated ERP system expertise with a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including BASIS, development, and security
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in large-scale technical projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Strong leadership capability in solution design and software configuration with ability to lead and encourage technical teams
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data management and governance and security in the context of ERP systems.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience with RISE and Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Mining experience
