Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to support the development and operational tasks for the services within Digital department.
This is a 1 year contract to start. Looking for candidates open to a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) to work out of their North Vancouver office.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years in a BSA role
- 2+ years in a Lead role
- Experienced in JIRA, DevOps, Agile
Deliverables:
- Function as a BSA /BA for documenting requirements in Jira stories and all necessary tasks relating to driving out the requirements such as running /facilitating elaboration workshop and technical design workshops
- Support design and development of technical solutions relating to Customer Portal, Authentication, self-serve and other customer facing digital services.
- Support day to day operational tasks and collaborate with other key IT stakeholders to ensure digital services are fully functional and meet customer needs.
- Run daily stand-ups for specific streams of work, collaborating with different development teams
