Our Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change management activities for a Large Enterprise program and LMS Project.


Onsite 1-2 times per month, Vancouver BC.


Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in Change Management. Preference given to those with back office/corporate process experience.
  • public sector project experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Project Management principles, methodologies and change management practices/trends.


Nice to have:

  • Possesses change management education and/or designation; PROSCI certification
  • Experience with Dayforce and Business Central



Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leadership to guide and carry out change management activities for the a large enterprise program and LMS project:
  • Understand who are stakeholders are, how they are impacted by the changes and their perspectives/views via stakeholder analysis
  • Perform change impact assessments for People & Culture, Finance, Operations, and end users.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are considered and involved.
  • Develop and execute specific change management plans - outlining strategic and tactical work needed to support the change and enable a successful transition.
  • Develop change artifacts such as key messages, RACI’s, playbooks, toolkits etc. to support communication and change plans.
  • Execute and/or support others in execution of developed change and communication plans.
  • Work with business leadership and all relevant stakeholder teams to identify, document, manage, and resolve change-specific issues and risks identified including mitigating change impacts.
  • Inform program planning from a change perspective, including:
  • Identify change management scope, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify areas of risk due to change fatigue or multiple changes happening at once.
  • Facilitate meetings (inclusive of agenda, minutes, and other meeting materials) where required.
  • Produce presentation and communication materials, status reports, briefing notes, and other supporting documentation for senior management and governance working groups.
