Our public client is looking for a Senior Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee strategy, development, and management of enterprise applications for a seamless integration, operational efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

This is a permanent full time, hybrid work model (3 days in the office). The office is located in North Vancouver, BC.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years' extensive experience in enterprise applications management, including systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record of leading enterprise IT projects and initiatives.
• Strong background in application development, configuration, and integration.
• Knowledge of modern enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, and business process automation tools.
• 8+ years' experience in cloud-based applications, software as a service (SaaS), and platform-as-a-service (PaaS).
• Proficiency in application security, data management, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in project and program management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while mitigating risks and ensuring scope alignment

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute enterprise application strategies to enhance system integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
• Lead multiple enterprise-scale IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Manage a team responsible for the development, configuration, and integration of both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology vendors, and external partners to optimize platform performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, including cloud solutions, platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and AI-driven capabilities.
• Manage budgets, prioritize technology investments, and drive cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and operational standards while mitigating risks.

Salary Range: $119,964 - $141,132 annually (2024 rates), based on education, experience, and internal parity.
