Sr. Business Analyst for requirements and process mapping facilitation of an IFS ERP Implementation in the Oil and Gas / Industrial Manufacturing industry

Our ERP consulting client is seeking a two Sr. Business Analysts for requirements and process mapping facilitation of an IFS ERP Implementation in the Oil and Gas / Industrial Manufacturing industry to join an inflight project.

Location: Calgary onsite full time (1/day flexible per week) in NE by the airport with free parking

Contract Duration: ASAP - June 30, 2025 at least with flexibility for longer contracts for the right candidate with a strong potential for extension onto other projects - Potential for full time employee offer

Must-Have:

• 6+ years business analysis experience
• Experience facilitating meetings for an ERP related system implementation (ie. IFS, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Sage, Infor, JDE)
• Experience consulting with stakeholders in the manufacturing, industrial, and/or oil and gas industries - ideally within the financial/accounting vertical

Overview:

• The team these two hired would join in a "lead"/senior BA capacity: a Delivery Lead/PM, Functional ERP Consultants, a SCM vertical BA
• Primary focus of role: Facilitate meetings, workshops and requirements sessions with high-impact client stakeholders
• Joining an in-flight implementation during design phase
