Liburdi is a dynamic place to work!
Ours is a high-performance culture that emphasizes high-integrity business practices as well as work/life balance. We believe that the success of Liburdi is dependant on our ability to create an environment where all our employees feel included and able to perform at their best. You already know what we do. But it's also important to know the day-to-day stuff: What are my co-workers like? What's the dress code? What employee activities are available?
What is it really like at Liburdi?
We can tell you, but to truly understand us, you'll have to discover Liburdi for yourself. We enjoy a casual dress code and work environment where you can freely communicate with people in other departments, or at any level in the organization. Communicating effectively requires continuous effort, but at Liburdi you won't be restricted by formal communication protocols or top-down-only messages. You'll be challenged to seek out new learning opportunities; to get to know people in other parts of the organization and to ask the tough questions and to excel in your skill or profession.
We have fun at work!
We've created a workplace that encourages a sense of fun through a family oriented atmosphere which includes several annual events which are sponsored by Liburdi, including the Christmas Party and the Summer Picnic. We also enjoy a multitude of ongoing employee activities many of which are sponsored by Liburdi but organized by employees.
