MAPEI Technical Institute: Training done right
Over the years, thousands of MAPEI’s business partners have been trained through the popular MAPEI Technical Institute. MTI offers high-quality technical training to architects, contractors, installers and distributors in five locations throughout North America – Deerfield Beach (FL); Garland (TX); San Bernardino (CA), all in the USA; and Brampton (Ontario) and Laval (Quebec), both in Canada.
These training facilities give MTI seminars throughout the year on the topics of tile and stone installations, floor-covering installations, and concrete restoration. One- and two-day seminars include hands-on workshops for surface preparation, repairs and installations, as well as instruction in the industry’s newest techniques and technology.
Located in South Florida’s Deerfield Beach, the MAPEI of the Americas headquarters building boasts a state-of-the-art MTI training center perfectly suited to the industry's training needs. The center is equipped with a high-tech auditorium, hands-on demonstration areas, and comfortable meeting areas that allow industry professionals to network, collaborate and socialize.
MTI’s newest branch is a 1,200-square-foot (111-m2) facility in Garland, TX. The facility includes a classroom where attendees can enjoy presentations and participate in hands-on demonstrations.
MAPEI has taken special care in evaluating the needs of professionals in the industries it supports. Its educational efforts through the MAPEI Technical Institute not only meet these needs, but exceed them.
