As a Payroll Coordinator, you will help our clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions, so they can focus on what matters most to them - growing their business.

Every day, you will utilize multiple tools and resources to develop accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to clients’ inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations. The nature of what you do every day will not change - your #1 goal is to help clients. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. What you’ll do: Responsibilities

  • Supports with payroll processing, final payroll audits, client 3rd party remittances, net pay calcs, ROEs and various post-payroll tasks
  • Coordinates incoming payroll data with the Shared Services Payroll Partner Team Input, Audit, & Import into WFN)
  • Evaluates and executes client requests programming changes, special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, etc)
  • Maintains updated internal process documentation and client payroll processing instructions
  • Coordinates real-time payroll task completion with peers in a virtual environment, using internal communication tools and team trackers
  • Supports Year End Tax Form Reconciliation and related annual payroll tasks

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience - Client Service and/or Canadian Payroll
  • Comfortable navigating professional software.
  • Desire to grow and advance in the payroll field
  • Organized, multi-task independently
  • Inquisitive, self-driven, and a quick learner
  • Strong MS Office skills - Word/Excel) Required
  • Proficient business communication and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and work accuracy

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Initiated or acquired PCP designation
  • Direct payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of WFN is a plus
  • Post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience in administration/customer service/HR
  • Candidate should be open to working towards the National Payroll Institute NPI) PCP Certification
